2011 Club participates in Rotarians-at-Work Day

Okanogan-Omak Rotary Club cleaned 4.8 miles of Conconully Highway as their contribution to Rotarians-at-Work Day.
On Saturday April 30 a dozen Rotarians from the Okanogan-Omak club turned out to clean-up 4.8 miles along the Conconully Highway outside Omak. A Rotary International sanctioned project, Rotarians-at Work-Day is a day of hands-on community service performed by Rotarians around the world. Chris Culp organized our club's clean-up stint.
"It's a great feeling to know you're part of a world-wide effort doing good in your community," Chris said.
"I'm grateful to those of our members who gave up part of a beautiful Spring day with their famiies to participate in our Rotarians-at-Work Day project," he added.
